2 NICE YOGA VIDEOS

Good yoga videos on the net are few and far between. I found this one today and consider it to be quite ok. This sequence is worth a go (not a beginner’s). It’s a sun salutation variant with postures that are very good for core strength. If you come to my Saturday class, this video will be good revision for you. If you’re in my beginner’s course this sequence will be interesting to you and be a good sample of information that you are coming to already. ENJOY !!

The following video is another bag of goodies all together. This one’s for my new male students; inspiration perhaps. WATCH AND WONDER!

Tuesday’s New Beginner’s Refresher Course is Full

I love arranging beginner’s courses. I’m inspired no end by the number of people how are interested in yoga. It IS growing. It does grow. I love how people introduce it into their lives and rarely let it leave. It may too and fro, recede and rest, but it rarely leaves forever. It’s a life-practice. Age and/or illness rarely keep it away.

Launceston is a typical large regional Australian town and I can feel the yoga rumble out there. I advertised this new course just over one week before it started (quite late) and within that week 20 people, plus a waiting list has popped up. Magic!

Spring is springing!
